Yes, custom orders are sometimes possible. If you have a custom request, please contact us so we can discuss your project and assess its feasibility. Please note that we only accept custom orders during our quieter periods in August, September, January and February.

Both models are insulating and light-breaking, made with Ripstop fabric and EPE-foam insulation with double aluminum face. Yes and no! The fabric of all our Window covers is uniform on both sides. The window cover for the windscreen is reversible, but all other thermal insulation curtains are not. They are equipped with a magnetic system that works with a negative and positive pole. What's more, van windows are generally asymmetrical.

For front-cabin window cover , a storage bag is supplied for storing them when folded accordion-style. For all other window cover models (rear doors, crew window, sliding window and universal), they can remain in place once open, thanks to straps. All curtains for side and rear windows are held in place by a magnetic system.

Delivery is free throughout North America. However, we are not responsible for customs charges for shipments to the United States or other countries.

Yes, an exchange is possible. However, you will be charged the return shipping costs as well as those related to the new shipment. If the product has a production defect for which we are responsible, we will exchange it free of charge.

No, custom-made products cannot be exchanged. However, if your product has a manufacturing defect on our part, it will be replaced at our expense.

A production lead time of 2 to 4 weeks applies when you place an order. Once this time has elapsed, the order is dispatched and generally received between 2 and 5 working days. Please allow a maximum of 30 working days before receiving your order.

Shipping is free anywhere in North America. As we have no control over customs fees, which vary from state to state, we are not responsible for these fees. You will have to pay them when you receive your package.
