Production, delivery and returns times
Product lead time: We manufacture all our products in-house and process orders in order of priority. Production times vary depending on the time of year, generally between 2 and 4 weeks.
Delivery: Free on orders of $300 or more within North America. We are not responsible for customs charges for shipments to the United States or other countries. A $15 delivery charge applies to orders under $300.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order. Except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, return costs are at the customer's expense. -
